Factors Affecting Job Market of Pakistan

As we all know that currently, Pakistan is facing huge economical crisis. That is the reason why situation of jobs in Pakistan is getting worse. Government is changing its plan every single day. That is the reason why job market is disturbed. People are not getting proper chances of employment. Students are thinking of doing jobs overseas. That is not a good sign for Pakistan because it is the youth, who can bring changes in the crisis faced by Pakistan. There are some other factors as well due to which job opportunities are decreasing day by day. Few of them are discussed as following:

Energy Crisis

Energy is one of the main factors, due to which, Pakistan’s economy is deflating day by day. Energy is not supplied to the industries in a proper way. Due to the lack of energy resources, many large industries are being ruined. Government of Pakistan is not able to provide the required amount of energy to the industries. That is the reason, why industries are not able to provide employment opportunities to the people. Just because of energy crises many businesses and industries are declared as bankrupt. Hundreds of people are now facing the problem of unemployment. They are unable to find new jobs for them because most of the businesses and industries are closing down due to this energy crisis. 

Terrorism

Terrorism has affected Pakistan badly. Terrorist attacks in Pakistan are increasing day by day in different cities especially in Lahore, Islamabad, Karachi and Peshawar. That is reason why situation of jobs in Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad are not up to the mark.  Escalating threats of explosions from suicide bombings have ruined the businesses and industries of Pakistan. No one is sure about where and when one has to face this situation. Mosques are not even safe from these terrorist activities. The new of terrorist attacks has scared the people of Pakistan. Investors have shut down their businesses. Foreign investors have stopped investing in Pakistan just because of bomb blasts and the kidnapping threats. 

International Economical Crises

Another main factor is the international economic crisis, which has affected the Pakistani situation of jobs. The international economical crisis took place due to the banks of America, United Kingdom and few European countries, which has affected job market of different developing countries such as Pakistan. 

These are some of the main factors, which are deflating Pakistan’s economy.  Job opportunities are decreasing day by day.
